Park information

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Our reception is PIN-only. At our reception you cannot pay with cash, only with bank card and credit card.

Arrival at the accommodation
Despite our efforts, there may be situations that require attention. To ensure that our guests are satisfied, we request that technical defects and/or cleaning complaints be reported to reception as soon as possible.

House rules
We would like to offer everyone an enjoyable and pleasant stay at EuroParcs de IJssel Eilanden. Naturally, a few house rules apply here; both during the day and in the evening, you must not cause any noise nuisance. After 22.00 there must be no noise pollution. From 22.00 to 08.00, we have a 'night rest' rule and the park must be quiet.

Traffic rules
In connection with the child-friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive at a walking pace (max. 10 km per hour).

Barrier
The barrier can be operated with a pass. You will receive the pass at check-in. You can enter the park until 23:00 and from 07:00 onwards. Between 23.00 and 07.00 it is rest time, you can park your car in the general car park near the main building.

WIFI
At EuroParcs de IJssel Eilanden, you can log in to our WIFI network free of charge. This is ideal if you want to look up information, send an e-mail or check Facebook! The WIFI code can be found in the kitchen cabinet or in the refrigerator. You can also ask for it at the reception.

Pets
A family often includes a faithful four-legged friend. They are of course very welcome at our park. In some accommodations it is not allowed, so please indicate this when booking your accommodation.

Household waste
We request that you dispose of your rubbish yourself in the appropriate containers. These are available in the environmental street. When you enter the park you will find them on the left before the barriers.

Parking
The accommodations that do not have their own car park have a general car park within walking distance of the accommodation. At the other accommodations a maximum of 1 car can be parked.

What to do on departure?

On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

Road works

At this moment we are also working hard on the access route to the park. The present Roggebotsluis lock will disappear and its role will be taken over by the Reevesluis lock located more to the south. The changes are part of the IJsseldelta programme. Na sluitingstijd kunt u dit nummer ook bellen als het gaat om de volgende situaties: geen warm water, geen CV, geen stroom, verstopping, lekkage, (geluids)overlast, één of meerdere elektrische apparaten werken niet of je hebt een probleem met het afsluiten van jouw accommodatie. Ook is het ten alle tijden mogelijk voor hulpdiensten om het park te betreden.

You can enjoy fishing on our holiday park without needing a fishing permit.
Outside the park, however, a fishing permit is required. You can order it via the Vispas website or purchase it at 'Dierenspeciaalzaak Boer' in Kampen.
Please note: If you wish to use the lock to the Reevemeer, it is closed from October 15 to April 15.

At EuroParcs De IJssel Eilanden, 4 electric car charging stations are available. Two cars can be charged at one charge point. On the two central car parks at the park, there are two charging stations each. The car should not be charged at the accommodation itself. The car can be charged with a regular charging card (NL/EU).

There is no washing machine and/or dryer on our holiday park. You can use the launderette at EuroParcs Zuiderzee. You can report to the reception as a guest of EuroParcs De IJssel Eilanden.

Our park has a restaurant. The opening hours can be found in the EuroParcs app. Our park does not yet have a swimming pool. We have a partnership with EuroParcs Zuiderzee, which means you can use all the facilities at this park. You can check in at the reception as a guest of EuroParcs De IJssel Eilanden.

The supply in terms of fish changes every day, as the lock near the park is open. The inland water is connected to the Drontermeer, which flows into the Veluwemeer and IJsselmeer. The fish that swim there also swim with us, think pikeperch and perch*.

*Perch can certainly be caught in the park waters, but zander is not one of the most common fish species in the waters. These are roach, rudd, perch, predatory bleak and bindweed, which you can catch with a simple fixed rod just a few metres in front of the jetty.

The accommodation has a filter coffee machine as standard.

There is a boat ramp at the park which guests can use free of charge. If you are not a guest of our park, you can make use of the slipway via our reception for € 5.00 per time (per time means € 5.00 for in the water and € 5.00 for out of the water). The boat ramp is located on the first island and you can also park your boat trailer here.
